A magical Mediterranean beach estate situated at the most prime location of the Peloponnese, which can house up to 20 guests. The estate (7.5 acres) is located on a quiet private beach with direct access to the sea, but also offers a 330 m2 seawater infinity-pool with Jacuzzi, sunbeds, umbrellas and changing rooms/showers in the pool area for the guests’ convenience. The house (1,600 m2) is designed in modern lines and is decorated with an earthly ethnic touch. It consists of spacious living areas: a large living room, outdoor sitting area, 2 bars, 4 dining areas, guest bathroom, 3 master bedrooms (1 with walk-in closet) and 2 charming autonomous suite apartments, with a double beds, extra sofa-beds, bathrooms, verandas with direct access to the garden, kitchenettes and all the necessary bath and kitchen amenities. There is also a beautiful island-style beach house (80 m2) consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, open-plan kitchen and a veranda on the beach. All bedrooms and guest suites are equipped with heating, air conditioning, TV and all rooms and common areas communicate by intercom. The estate has a private pier, indoor and outdoor parking areas (for up to 7 vehicles), interior and exterior sound systems, home cinema, BBQ, outdoor bar, vineyard, wine cellar, elevator, wifi, smart alarm system and is surrounded by large gardens, where children and pets can play. It is ideal for private, relaxing family holidays or a fun excursion for a group of friends. The area is very quiet and sparsely inhabited, which rules out any disturbances. Just opposite, at a short distance are the two picturesque Greek islands of Hydra and Spetses, which can be accessed by sea taxi in only a few minutes leaving directly from the estate’s private pier. These are highly recommended for spending the day and Spetses is a must-see when it comes to the Greek island nightlife. Guests can also visit the tourist resorts, which are located close to the estate at a distance of 10 to 30 minutes by car or visit the cities of Ermioni and Porto Heli on the mainland, which boast plenty cafes and restaurants. It is also possible to enjoy a performance at the infamous ancient theatre of Epidaurus, which is 1 hour away by car. The estate has a permanent 2-member staff (cleaner and gardener), who will attend to the guests’ needs. There are two additional ensuite bedrooms to accommodate extra staff. Butler, 24h concierge, babysitter, catering, chef, transport from the airport, speedboat and laundry service are available upon request at an extra charge.
