The house has a private pool and garden, while it has large terraces and beautiful outdoor spaces.
All the residence is on one level, with an open plan living room-kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom with access to the backyard and 1 en-suite bedroom, that has a double bed and access to the garden.
In the settlement there is a beach at a distance of 400m from the residence.
The space
The house consists of a spacious, open plan living-dining room-kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a fireplace, a comfortable corner sofa and large windows facing the garden, while the kitchen is fully equipped. Each bedroom has a double bed, air conditioner and a closet. One bedroom has access to the backyard and the other to the garden. As for the bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bathtub.

Outside there is a private pool, tables with chairs under the pergola and umbrella, so you can enjoy the beautiful, manicured garden, throughout the day. A ceiling fan ensures extra coolness, and you’ll find a hammock.
