The house is part of a a unique architecturally designed newly-built complex, it has its own entrance and a very large terrace overlooking Porto Heli. The internal layout of the rooms is very functional, since the apartment has a spacious and sunny living room, along with the dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. ln this unified space you will find a comfortable sofa, a TV and a fireplace, while the balcony door will lead you to an idyllic terrace, with a wooden table and chairs, where you can enjoy the view. Through the other balcony door you will reach the private swimming pool and the sunbeds.
